The late Rodney Adderley was no stranger to the sales industry, having spent seventeen plus years as an entrepreneur and business development manager. Prior to starting We Buy U-Sell Group Co. Ltd., Mr. Adderley spent twelve plus years in China working alongside numerous manufacturing companies to provide imported goods for wholesalers in The Bahamas.

As time went on he then decided to open his own business specializing in Hurricane Impact Doors and Windows. Mr. Adderley's vision for the company was to reduce the cost of living for residents all over The Bahamas. His vision was driven by relentless determination, astounding discipline, creativity, and his faith in God.

Rodney ensured that his wife, Patrice Adderley was well equipped for managing We Buy U Sell Group Co. Ltd. She and their five beautiful children Charnice, Belinda, Rodney Jr., Ophrah and Sunae are passionate about furthering the success of the business and are determined to carry on his legacy and vision for the company.
