Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Handle and draft correspondence, schedule meetings, and prepare reports and schedules.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of various projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Confidentiality: Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Education: Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Attributes: High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
