We are looking for a detail-oriented, hard-working Office Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Handle and draft correspondence, schedule meetings, and prepare reports and schedules.
- Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of various projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Confidentiality: Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all matters.
- Accounts/Inventory: Assist with basic accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, as well as inventory management.
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in roles such as Office Assistant, Accounts Clerk, or a comparable position, with hands-on involvement in inventory management.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Education: Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Accounts or related field.
- Attributes: High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
