JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a results oriented Web & Digital Marketing Associate to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer loyalty for We Buy U Sell’s full range of hurricane impact windows, doors, and home improvement hardware across The Bahamas. This person will oversee all digital and traditional marketing efforts, ensuring consistent brand representation, measurable ROI, and a strong local presence.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION, INCLUDE BUT ARE LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
- Develop, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.)
- Manage and update company website using WordPress
- Design graphics and creative content for campaigns
- Track and report on key performance metrics
- Manage email marketing campaigns and audience segmentation
- Create and publish content across social media platforms
- Optimize website performance and implement SEO best practices
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies
MUST HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Digital Marketing Expertise
- Hands on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- SEO & Local SEO (Google My Business, Maps, etc.).
- Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
- Social media content strategy (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
- Skilled in running targeted ads for lead generation (homeowners, real estate developers, contractors).
- Able to manage website content, update product pages, and coordinate new product launches.
- Graphic design or short-form video editing (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express).
Creative & Brand Management
- Develops and maintains a cohesive brand image across product photos, brochures, videos, and online content.
- Directs product photography and video shoots to showcase product benefits (e.g., tint, reflection, hardware details).
- Writes compelling captions, ads, and newsletters that convert curiosity into inquiries.
- Oversees creation of print materials, flyers, and showroom displays.
Analytical & Reporting Skills
- Uses data to track ROI, web traffic, and campaign effectiveness.
- Prepares monthly marketing performance reports and presents insights to leadership.
- Monitors competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategy.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Works closely with sales, operations, and logistics teams to align promotions with inventory and shipping timelines.
- Manages relationships with graphic designers, photographers, and agencies.
- Mentors a small marketing team or contractors, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and on brand.
Qualifications & Soft Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (or equivalent experience).
- 2-3 years proven marketing experience, preferably in construction, retail, or home improvement.
- Demonstrated success in increasing sales or lead generation through campaigns.
- Comfortable managing budgets, ads, and content calendars.
- Creative problem-solver who can pivot quickly.
- Excellent communicator e.g. written, verbal, and visual.
- Organized and detail-oriented e.g. can manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Hands-on attitude e.g. not afraid to take photos, write posts, or manage social media directly.
- Strong team player who aligns with the company’s customer first values.
