Land and Boat Delivery Policy

At SW Bus Bahamas, we offer fast and reliable delivery services to ensure your items reach you in a timely manner. Below are the details of our land and boat delivery options:

Land Delivery: For deliveries within the Eastern or Western area of New Providence, there is a flat fee of $75, regardless of the quantity or weight of items. Deliveries in the central area of New Providence incur a flat fee of $35.

Boat Delivery: We provide free delivery services to our customers in the family islands. Please note that boat delivery schedules are subject to the Dock Master’s schedule, and orders are typically scheduled within the week.

Terms and Conditions

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
  • Quotes do not include installation or delivery fees to customer premises unless explicitly mentioned.
  • A 50% deposit is required for processing special orders, with the balance due upon arrival.
  • Allow 12 weeks for delivery of orders, with additional time possible due to shipping schedules or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Special orders are made as per the specifications noted on the receipt.
  • Please inspect all goods upon receipt, as We Buy U Sell will not be liable for claims regarding damaged goods after acceptance.
  • We offer store credit for returns; no cash refunds are provided.
  • Returned or exchanged goods must be in original packaging with accessories and the original invoice.
  • No returns or exchanges are accepted for special-order items or after 14 days of receipt.
  • Goods remain the property of We Buy U Sell until full payment is received.

In-store Pickup Policy

  • Selection: Choose the in-store pickup option during checkout.
  • Availability: Your order will be ready for pickup within one business day.
  • Pickup Hours: Our pickup hours are 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturdays.
  • Confirmation: Bring your order confirmation email for pickup verification.
