JOB SUMMARY
A vacancy exists at a company to perform various accounting duties. The Accounts Clerk’s responsibilities will include keeping financial records updated, preparing, and reconciling daily reports, payables, receivables, and payroll duties.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- An Associate or Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree in Accounting/Finance from an accredited institution.
- At least three (3) year’s working experience in accounting.
- Proficient in QuickBooks Accounting Software and MS Office especially Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to establish priorities.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Analytical, meticulous, accurate and ability to work independently.
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player.
