JOB SUMMARY

A vacancy exists at a company to perform various accounting duties. The Accounts Clerk’s responsibilities will include keeping financial records updated, preparing, and reconciling daily reports, payables, receivables, and payroll duties.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • An Associate or Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree in Accounting/Finance from an accredited institution.
  • At least three (3) year’s working experience in accounting.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Accounting Software and MS Office especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to establish priorities.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Analytical, meticulous, accurate and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team player.
