A Back Office Assistant in the Administration Department is needed to perform various office assistant and marketing duties at We Buy U Sell Group Co. Ltd.
Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations and websites
- Monitoring social media accounts, creating content and responding to messages
- Analyzing questionnaires
- Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns
- Producing marketing and promotional materials
- Producing eye-catching internal communications
- Maintaining office records
- Writing emails, memos, letters and other communication
Skills and Degree Requirements:
- Experience creating visual aspects of marketing materials, websites and other media
- An Associate degree
- 25 years of age or older
- Previous clerical experience (1-2 years)
- Good organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
