FLOOR SUPERVISOR

The duties of the Floor Supervisor include, but are not limited to the following:

• Leads and supervisors a team of Sales & Warehouse floor staff.
• Provides direction and guidance to staff to ensure efficient and effective floor operations and customer service.
• Maintains company standards and guidelines around product flow, customer service and visual displays.
• Performs daily store activities such as opening and closing procedures which includes monitoring attendance.
• Reports to Upper Management
• Ensures standards for quality, customer service, health and safety are met.
• Handles customer questions, complaints, and issues.
• Keep updated with all departmental procedures to effectively lead staff.
• Occasionally train staff.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Higher
• Demonstrates excellent leadership skills
• Pays close attention to detail.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a supervisor
• Team Player
• Communicate clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills.
• Manages time efficiently.
• Demonstrates solid problem solving sills.
• Must be ages 35+
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must have excellent writing skills.
